What the service is

These Terms govern use of SpotForge, a paid promotional ranking service operated from India. By using the service, submitting a listing, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details. If you do not agree, do not use the service or pay for a ranking. These Terms apply worldwide, including to international users, but mandatory local consumer, privacy, payment, and other protections are not excluded.

Ranking placement

SpotForge displays eligible public URLs in competitive paid promotional rankings. A payment buys a chance to appear at the rank that amount supports when payment is confirmed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed rank, search-engine ranking, or any particular result. Someone else may pay more and outrank you.

Eligibility and user responsibilities

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and authorized to act for any business you represent. You confirm that you own or may promote the destination, your information is accurate, and the listing complies with applicable advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual property, trademark, copyright, regulated-industry, and platform rules. You must not impersonate another person or brand.

Public metadata and license

You grant SpotForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, resize, format, and publicly display your submitted URL, label, description, and public preview metadata for operating, moderating, promoting, and archiving the service. We may fetch names, handles, titles, descriptions, logos, favicons, Open Graph images, profile images, channel logos, and thumbnails solely to identify the destination. Display does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Prohibited listings and enforcement

Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, violent, harassing, exploitative, adult, private, shortened, malicious, infringing, counterfeit, phishing, scam, malware, or harmful content. Offers requiring licenses, including certain financial, medical, gambling, weapons, or regulated offers, must have the required authorization. Do not manipulate clicks, payments, rankings, analytics, rate limits, or the service. We may refuse, delay, edit for safety, recategorize, hide, remove, or report listings, with or without notice, including after a rights-holder or platform complaint.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Dodo Payments processes checkout in USD. Applicable tax is shown before payment and a receipt or invoice is available after successful payment. Rankings are assigned when payment is confirmed. Unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise, completed digital promotional placement is final and non-refundable after publication. Being outranked, leaving the Today board after its rolling window, fewer clicks than expected, downtime, or removal for a Terms violation does not create a refund. Contact contact@spotforge.lol promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, technical failure, or a payment that did not create the paid listing. Unfounded chargebacks or payment reversals may lead to listing removal and suspension.

Disclaimers and liability

The service, rankings, metadata, images, click totals, and third-party destinations are provided as available. A paid promotional ranking does not guarantee followers, views, clicks, sales, subscribers, conversions, traffic, or engagement, and we do not verify listed claims or guarantee availability, accuracy, or safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-goodwill, third-party, or platform-related losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. You agree to defend and indemnify SpotForge against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your listing, destination, payment, chargeback, breach, unlawful conduct, or infringement.

Complaints, law, and changes

For copyright, trademark, privacy, unlawful-content, payment, or abuse complaints, email contact@spotforge.lol with your identity, contact details, the SpotForge listing, destination URL, description of the issue, and confirmation that your report is accurate and authorized. The governing law of India applies, subject to mandatory local rights. Courts in India have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable alternative forum. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version.
