This Privacy Policy explains how SpotForge handles information when you visit the service, open a listing, submit a URL, or make a payment. SpotForge is operated from India and serves international users. Where applicable local law gives you additional rights, that law continues to apply.

Who is responsible

SpotForge is responsible for information processed through this service. For privacy questions, data requests, or complaints, contact contact@spotforge.lol.

What we collect

We collect the submitted URL or handle, label, category, bid and tax amounts, payment and checkout identifiers, checkout email, click records, and limited visitor/session data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the board. The site may set a necessary HTTP-only sid cookie for up to one year to recognize a visit session and protect click counts.

Public preview data

We may request publicly accessible metadata from a submitted destination, including a title, description, profile image, channel logo, favicon, Open Graph image, or video thumbnail. Public listing URLs, labels, categories, descriptions, preview images, amounts, ranks, and SpotForge click totals may appear on the board and may be visible to search engines. Do not submit a destination if you do not want this information displayed.

Payments and analytics

Dodo Payments processes payment-full payment details and billing information, so full full payment details are not stored by SpotForge. Payment receipts and invoices may use the checkout email. DataFast and Google Analytics are used as configured for traffic measurement. Your browser may store a local theme preference.

Why and with whom we share information

We use information to provide rankings, confirm payments, issue receipts, prevent abuse, measure traffic, respond to requests, maintain records, and comply with law. Service providers may process information for hosting, database, payments, email, analytics, security, and related operations. We may disclose information to authorities, professional advisers, successor operators, or rights holders where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect users, or investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

We retain public listings while they are needed for the board and may retain backups, activity history, payment records, click-abuse records, and correspondence for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, legal claims, and other lawful purposes. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Children and changes

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child used the service. We may update this policy when the service or law changes and will post the current version here.
